It’s a new year and a new baby for Latin singer Ricky Martin! Ricky Martin’s third child made her grand debut on New Year’s Day. The pop singer and proud daddy of now three announced the birth of his daughter—Lucia Martin-Yosef—in a sweet New Year’s Instagram.
While we don’t know his daughter’s exact birthday, Martin shared this precious photo of he and hubby Jwan Yosef cradling their newborn daughter’s tiny hands on New Year’s Day.
Martin, who is already the father of 10-year-old twin boys Matteo and Valentino, shared plans to expand his family in an interview with Us Magazine during last year’s Golden Globes. The celeb revealed, “I want four more pairs of twins.” But he also backtracked, saying, “I do want a big family, but there’s a lot going on at the moment. A lot of work, wedding, so we’re going to put things in order first and then we’re going to get ready for many more kids.”
What a difference a year makes! “It has been a special time for us and we cant wait to see where this stellar baby will take us,” Martin wrote on IG. “Both her beautiful brothers and me and Juan have fallen in love with Lucia.”
