Unless you’ve been living under a social media rock, chances are pretty good you’ve heard plenty about LulaRoe in the last year. Whether you’re unicorn-searching fan, or you never want to hear the words “buttery” and “leggings” in the same sentence again, you’ll be interested to hear why two women are suing the company.

A newly filed class action lawsuit claims that the leggings, which have become a household name, are defective. The specific complaints include rips, holes, and tears, as well as legs of different lengths and irregular sizing. This comes on the heels of LulaRoe shoppers across the country taking to the internet to show off their disappointment with their new leggings. Posting pics to Instagram of LulaRoe Leggings full of holes, women are complaining that they are completely deteriorating after just one or two wears.

The lawsuit argues that LulaRoe knows the products are defective and is doing nothing to fix the situation. Thanks to a stream of complaints and no refunds being given, the company recently earned and F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
