A tip too egg-cellent not to share!

Yep, it’s true.
Whether you’re planning to color eggs or just want some simple, high protein snacks — you can bake hard “boiled” eggs in a muffin pan.

Preheat your oven to 325° and place each egg into one of the tin’s compartments. Pop in the oven for 30 minutes.

When that timer dings, place the eggs into an ice bath using tongs so they can stop cooking.

So easy! Why didn’t we know about this sooner?
