Help your child find their zen

As adults, we’re constantly looking for ways to grab a hold of our mindfulness – yoga, meditation, sneaking 10 minutes of alone time, or simply just reading a good book. Did you know introducing this lifestyle early in our child’s life will have major benefits that carry them through adulthood? In fact, mindfulness can teach children to be more aware of the environment, their owns needs, and impulse control.
