Help, my kid won’t nap!

Most tinybeans will continue to need a nap until they are three years or older. But day sleep can become more challenging for the 2 year old set for a variety of reasons.
Want to improve your chances of a successful naptime? Choose the optimal time frame to lay your little one down.

Most two year olds sleep best when their nap is 5-5 ½ hours after they wake up in the morning.

One caveat for early risers: Be careful about offering that midday nap before 11:00 a.m.

Doing so can reinforce that early waking cycle.
