Toddlers can start learning scissor skills as young as two years old (and sometimes even earlier).
Make sure to set your little one up for success by choosing age appropriate scissors and giving them plenty of opportunity for independent, albeit supervised, practice.

Just place a small smiley face sticker on theur thumbnail so that they remember to keep their thumb facing upwards while cutting. ☺
