Many kiddos will need 11-13 hours of sleep at night to feel sufficiently rested after they’ve transitioned away from day sleep.
If your child seems extra grumpy by dinner time or starts waking more at night, they may simply need an earlier bedtime.
Try moving bedtime earlier for a few nights to see if it helps your tot adjust.
