• Help make your baby’s tummy time more fun with the addition of a baby safe mirror. When the mirror is propped up, it encourages little ones to raise and strengthen their neck muscles.
• Hold baby in your lap and look into a mirror together. Point to different body parts in the mirror to give baby a chance to work on visual focusing and tracking.
• Smile as you look at your reflection together. Name each person in the mirror (baby and parent, for example) to promote bonding and physical awareness.
