Want your child to make smart choices in between meals?
Place healthy foods at your kiddo’s eye level. They’ll be the first snacks they see when they’re hungry and more likely to be eaten.
So stock an easy to reach cabinet with servings of whole wheat pretzels, baked crackers and homemade trail mix. And don’t forget to place those baby carrots, string cheese and fruit on a higher shelf in the fridge.
They’ll be able to grab and go!
Wondering where to stash those cookies? Well, those need to be hidden on the highest shelf so you can dig in when the kids are finally in bed. (We’re totally kidding. Sort of. 🙂
