Tummy trouble for your tinybean?

While it’s normal to expect that baby’s bowel movements will change once they start eating solids, some kiddos tend to head down constipation lane quicker than others.
If you notice that stool is becoming harder and/or less frequent, avoid binding foods like rice cereal, applesauce and bananas.

To get things moving again be sure to continue to offer plenty of fluids (milk/formula) and consider offering oatmeal, pears or prunes.

Of course, always be sure to check with your pediatrician if you have any medical concerns.
