Will a pre-bedtime bath promote sleep?

When’s the best time to give your tinybean a bath? Well, that really depends on your individual child!
If your kiddo is relaxed by a nice warm bath before bed, then keeping it as part of your evening routine makes sense.

You might even consider adding a drop of lavender essential oil to the water to help soothe baby.

But if your baby tends to get excited and riled up in the tub, it’s best to move it to earlier in the day when you want your child to be more alert.

Of course, that may mean that you’re spot cleaning avocado out of baby’s hair after dinner, but better sleep is always worth the effort!
