Wondering where your good sleeper went?

If you’re finding that your little one is suddenly waking more at night, take a look at their nap schedule.
If they’re not getting enough sleep during the day, this often results in more night-waking.

As babies grow, their sleep needs change and it helps to continually adjust your expectations surrounding how many naps they need and how long they can stay awake.

Experts say that 3-4 month olds need 3-4 hours of nap time during the day (broken down into 4-5 naps), and 5-6 month olds need 2.5-3.5 hours of sleep (broken down into 3-4 naps).
