Eye Spy: A Peek Into Our Editor’s Summer of Family Fun

We don’t just write about this stuff on Red Tricycle—we live it. We test the toys, really eat out (with kids!) at the restaurants, and splash on the spray grounds. It’s a tough job but someone’s gotta do it. And sometimes we even escape Atlanta and take a vacation ourselves. Here’s a peek at how we spent our summer—the highs and lows of our travels with our tots in tow.

We Laid Low

You didn't think we just hung out here on our keyboard all summer, did ya? When it comes to summer in the South, the only way to beat the heat is to either go down (to the beach) or up (to the mountains). We kicked off summer at sea level by heading south to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This family-friendly beach is just the spot for the small set, with tot-tastic tide pools, serious shelling and waves that are fun not frightening.

Where did you spend the summer? Tell us below!
