After whipping up a batch of these baked potato fries you’ll be happy to see that there is really no need to break out the wipes or hand sanitizer. This easy, no-frills recipe for baked potato fries is a great healthier alternative to the typically greasy fries. Plus, they go great with pretty much any dish, including Oven Baked Fried Chicken! Ingredients: 2 pounds russet potatoes 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Cayenne pepper to taste Salt to taste 1 tablespoon smoke paprika Method: Cut potatoes width wise into 4-6 slices pending size, then lengthwise into fries, approximately 4-6 per width wise pieces, then toss with oil in a bowl, then add seasonings. Place seasoned fries onto a cookie sheet in a single layer and not touching one another. Bake potatoes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Flip them and cook another 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
