Her first fan jersey was a onesie, and she’s been playing catch with her oversized mitt since she started walking. Angels Stadium, Anaheim, Ca

Maybe it’s because the Angels used to be owned by Disney, or, maybe it’s because the stadium is down the street from the Happiest Place on Earth. Whatever the reason, catching an Angels game with your sidekick is heavenly. New this year is the revamped Gate 5 courtyard where an entertaining carnival scene pops up on Sundays to keep wiggle worms busy (from gates-open through the seventh inning). It’s where fans ages 2-12 can play halo toss, Calhoun Catch, and a three-strikes baseball-themed tic-tac-toe game. Special themed weekends like ‘70s flashback, and Christmas in June—Santa and his reindeer stop by for facetime—add to the magic. Pre- and post-game extras, like a fireworks spectacular on Saturday nights, and live music on the lawn every Friday before the game extend the playability of this favorite family outing.

All Star Play: Bang for your buck. The Angels were recently named the least expensive ticket in Major League Baseball!
