Having a little one can throw your usual activities like cooking and sleeping into a tailspin. To help, we rounded up meal delivery services that help you eat healthfully and cut out the time it takes to gather recipes, grocery shop and make dinner. Click through our album to discover everything from nutrient-packed snacks to mommy-geared meal kits — all delivered to your door. Look at it this way: Less time for cooking means more time for sleeping, right?

For Fresh Fish & More: Relished

This meal service requires you to cook everything but comes with super-simple instruction cards that give even the most hesitant of cooks confidence. Started by “Chef Wally” from Chicago (McCormick and Schmick, Weber Grill, Park Grill), it sources from local purveyors when possible. Meals vary week to week and include entrees like blackened salmon with corn salsa and avocado served over tri-color quinoa. There is also a variety of tot-friendly dishes like oven-fried chicken and fish tacos.

How it works: Choose between two, four or six servings per meal, and then pick a delivery date anytime between Tuesday and Friday of the following week. All meals are delivered at once and you can choose a minimum of two meals a week up to five days a week.

Cost: Servings start at $9.95 per serving. So one meal for two people will cost $20 or more.

Delivery area: A little over 60% of the U.S. anywhere east of the Colorado River, with exception to Florida and North of Boston (check the website and plug in your exact zip code)
