Pregnancy came with some sweet benefits. We’re talking justifiable Dairy Queen splurges and late-night leftover pizza binges. Now you’re ready to pretend it never happened, but between naps, diaper changes and mealtimes, when do you fit in fitness? When you can bring baby with you, that’s when. Click through our album to find six group exercise classes that welcome your child, too.

For Baby Bonding: Prenatal Fit

The new Lincoln Park gym is designed specifically for women during and after pregnancy. Instructors encourage moms to connect to their kiddos by having them be part of the exercise or keeping eye contact with them. Imagine “kiss baby pushups,” which prompt moms to give baby a smooch at the bottom of the pushup or “super baby crunches,” for which moms place their babies on their shins and do ab crunches. The gym has flexible hours to cater to a mom’s nontraditional schedule. Classes start as early as 7:15 a.m. and end at 8 p.m. Get the full scoop in our story here.

Drop-in classes are $20/class; packages are $175/one-month membership. 1937 W. Diversey Pkwy. Call 312-636-7335 or go to prenatalfit.com.
