The San Diego Children’s Choir teaches music education using creative rehearsal techniques to kids 4 to 18!

With locations around San Diego, our teachers are able to engage children in healthy vocal production and music literacy as well as encouraging self confidence and a sense of community and belonging.

Rehearsal activities draw from the Orff and Kodaly methods, two widely used approaches to music literacy and ear training. The Choir also emphasizes well-supported head-voice singing, which is a natural entrance into healthy singing that can evolve into any style once well-developed.

Bitsy Bytesy is an online platform where kids hone their problem-solving skills, build confidence, and learn to make a difference in the community through learning to code.

What makes us different from others is our mentorship and the unique way we introduce coding concepts, emphasizing computational thinking. Our bite-sized lessons are fun and challenging. We give each kid the individual attention they deserve. We help kids understand the coding constructs behind the applications they use every day.

We stoke their passion for coding, create curiosity to learn more, and demonstrate that it can be a lot of fun and a great career option.

Our lessons include the history of programming, so kids know more about its past and appreciate it more today!

We believe that learning to code is a foundational skill that all kids need to explore. Coding helps kids:

  1. Build resilience.
  2. Improve attention to detail.
  3. Develop a growth mindset.
  4. Go from consumer to creator of technology.
  5. Stand out in academics and college applications.
  6. Prepare for the future job market.
  7. Step into entrepreneurship.

Airshine Music School provides music classes, lessons and camp for music makers of all ages.  Airshine offers family music for baby/toddler and preschool children 5 and under.  We offer private and semi-private lessons in piano, guitar, violin, ukulele and voice.  Airshine’s vocal program includes musical theatre for kids and teens.  Students are given the opportunity to perform in studio recitals, festivals and competitions.  Our mission is all about ensuring every student feels welcome, discovers a love of music, builds confidence and character as they reach their goals and brings joy and positivity to life, in whatever they do.

Located in North Park, the studio is convenient for families from Point Loma, South Bay, East and North Counties.  With four teaching studios and classrooms, there’s room for new students to join the school.  Our teachers are passionate educators, innovative, creative who love to make music themselves.  We strive to keep the student at the center from learning basic technique and theory, to teaching songs that the student wants to learn.  Parents love hearing and seeing their kids enjoy music and the learning process and the strong connection they build with their teacher.  We belive that music is for all!
