This Dad’s Trick to Create a Fidget Spinner Rainbow Will Delight Your Kids

They’re the latest toy craze: fidget spinners. Your kids may even have some. And some schools are banning them as distracting, but did you know you can make a rainbow with them? In this video, see how one dad showed his children this cool trick while washing the family car.

“So pretty!” one of the girls exclaims as Dad shoots water from a hose through the toy to make the multicolored optical effect.

“Rainbow come back!” one of them yells, just as their father, YouTuber David Freiheit, assumes a superhero pose. The whole family is having a blast!

This fidget spinner rainbow can be attempted at home, but be sure to dry your spinner well afterwards to avoid rust, and keep it out of the hands of toddlers.
