In this mini quarantine format, kids get three fun-filled weeks of camp! Hosted in San Diego and the East Bay too!

Week 1: Edible Art and ‘Colors of the Rainbow’ menu

We will be cooking and crafting every day from our ‘Colors of the Rainbow’ menu. Afternoons will be filled with art projects relating to food, allowing kids to ease back into socializing.

This summer, NatureBridge invites cohorts of families to learn together, laugh together and build a lifetime of memories as part of Yosemite Family Camp.

NatureBridge’s Crane Flat campus will serve as your base camp for exploring one of the country’s most iconic national parks. Relax under a canopy of tall trees, go on educational hikes led by our experienced educators and explore the grandeur Yosemite has to offer. Yosemite Family Camp is best suited for ages 3 and up.

Yosemite Family Camp is being coordinated in cooperation with the National Park Service and US Public Health Service officials following CDC guidelines for outdoor camps. The safety of our participants and staff is our number one priority and guides every aspect of the program. Family groups will be organized into individual family cohorts that have their own designated bunk house, outdoor eating areas and dedicated porta potty and hand washing stations. We will coordinate alternating times for accessing the central bath/shower house. The rustic bunk houses will be ventilated with open windows and fans. Masks and social distancing will be maintained when we’re interacting together. NatureBridge has a robust Health & Safety Plan that all participants and staff will be required to review and follow.

In today’s world of technology, ensuring our kids get enough time outdoors is a growing concern for parents. We created Treebath’s outdoor programs to provide a means for children to get outside. While we are aware of the unseen benefits for children when they get fresh air, new studies show there are tangible effects, too. Being in nature stimulates children’s imagination and creativity, and reduces stress, depression and obesity. Treebath’s outdoor Explorers program is skillfully curated to provide the added benefit of instilling children with a sense of responsibility and respect for nature, and one another. We strive to ensure that they take these values with them as they grow into world citizens.

Treebath programs are entirely outdoors for kids ages Pre-K to Second grade.
