Home Hanukkah Recipes & Food Hanukkah at Epcot Is Getting a Whole “Latke” Tastier with a Pop-Up Jewish Deli by Shahrzad WarkentinNovember 9, 2018 Search more like this disney parksholiday seasonjewishmatzo ballshanukkahkitchensoupseltzerpastramichocolate milkfestivalryestroll aroundsour cream Advertisement Trending Now Viral & Trending Dad Gets Shamed for Using a Leash with 5-Year-Old Quintuplets News Chrissy Teigen Announces She’s Pregnant Almost 2 Years after Losing Jack Viral & Trending This Guy’s Going Very Viral for Nailing the Amazingly Terrible Things About Summer Viral & Trending Michigan Restaurant Closes Early Due to ‘Rude’ Tourists Mistreating Staff Celeb & Entertainment ‘Virgin River’ Season 5 Has Already Started Filming Advertisement One of the best parts about the holiday season at Disney Parks is all the delicious treats. Now guests can celebrate Hanukkah at Epcot with new eats that are sure to have you exclaiming “L’chaim!” Tucked in between the Morocco and France World Showcase Pavilions at Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays will be a new food marketplace dubbed the L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen. Here’s a sneak peek of what you can nosh on this Hanukkah as you stroll around Epcot. Ready for lunch? This generous pastrami on rye with house-made pickles and deli mustard will definitely keep your belly full. This potato knish with herb sour cream is not only vegetarian friendly, it’s basically one giant Jewish tater tot—or, at least that’s what you can tell the kids. It’s perfect for little hands to nosh on throughout the park. Of course, no deli menu would be complete with out chicken and matzo ball soup. You might think soup would be a strange bet for a Disney World snack, but hey—it can get pretty chilly in Orlando at night! Unfortunately, the New York deli-inspired menu doesn’t include latkes, but you can score a tasty egg cream (for the uninitiated, that’s chocolate milk mixed with seltzer—trust us, it tastes amazing) or a giant black and white cookie—as if you weren’t feeling zaftig enough after all those treats! And, just for the grownups, you can wash it all down with a frosty glass of Brooklyn Brewery’s Brooklyn Lager or a swanky Blue Cosmo. The 2018 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, which features 12 holiday marketplaces, including the new L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen, runs from Nov. 18 through Dec. 30. —Shahrzad Warkentin All photos: Courtesy of Walt Disney World RELATED STORIES: 14 Magical Ways to Celebrate the Holidays at Disneyland 19 Festive Ways to Ring In the Holidays at Walt Disney World This Year Sugar Plum Candy Churros & 6 More Amazing Holiday Treats at Disneyland Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to share on Copy (Opens in new window) Search more like this disney parksholiday seasonjewishmatzo ballshanukkahkitchensoupseltzerpastramichocolate milkfestivalryestroll aroundsour cream Welcome to our Tinybeans family!
