Okay, so an argument or ten might have erupted from trying to put together that five thousand piece dresser. However, when it comes to these insanely clever cooking posters the Swedish house of furniture created, the only disagreement you’ll be having is who gets to cook dinner tonight.Recently IKEA in Canada collaborated with a Toronto marketing firm, Leo Burnett, to create Cook This Page. The result is a set of illustrated cooking recipes that were debuted at a cooking event in a Canadian IKEA. Each page features outline drawings of all of the ingredients needed to complete the recipe. It’s like paint-by-numbers for cooking. All you have to do is add them on to the sheet, which is actually parchment paper. The designs are printed with food-safe ink, so once the ingredients are in place, simply roll up the sheet and toss it in the oven. Talk about easy weeknight cooking.photo: IKEA Cook This Page via YouTubeThese ingenious sheets can help you get more creative at dinner time without spending hours scouring cook books or Pinterest. The only downside is, they haven’t actually hit stores as a product yet, but judging by how amazing they are, IKEA is certain to add Cook This Page to their massive product line soon enough.
