Kelly Ripa’s Husband Pulled the Best Christmas Card Prank Ever

Anyone who is lucky enough to get Kelly Ripa’s family Christmas card is in for a treat this year! The actress, TV show host and mama recently posted a sneak peek of the card on Instagram and it’s absolutely everything.

Ripa’s supremely hilarious holiday card features her hubby, Mark Consuelo. (Of course.) But wait a second…who is he with? Certainly not his IRL wife. For this card, he’s posed with Marisol Nichols, who plays his fictional wife Hermione Lodge on the CW show Riverdale. He’s also with his make-believe Riverdale daughter Veronica Lodge, played by Camila Mendes.

The card reads, “Happy Holidays From Our Family To Yours” but with one additional disclaimer: “No actual wives or children were used in this photo.” Ripa captions the IG pic, “Tired of fighting with the kids over the holiday card photo? Problem solved!”

If you swipe right, you’ll see the back of the card, with the actual Ripa-Consuelos clan. And yes, the fine print notes that this indeed is Ripa’s real family.

Hmm. A perfectly pretty promotional shot with your S.O.’s fake fam? In the world of sibling squabbles and cranky-looking Christmas photo faces, this idea is filled with easy awesomeness. Now only if we all had faux families to feature on our holiday cards!
