So you say you need a little “me” time? Well this Los Angeles-based spa for parents wants to give you just that—and more. Spa Le La Los Angeles is dedicated to helping parents be…well, happy parents! And really, who doesn’t want that?

Carving out an hour for a facial or massage just isn’t doable for many of us mamas. That is, unless you’re willing to fork over big bucks for a sitter. And while you can completely justify nanny-ing fees for the time you go off to work, that mommy guilt tends to set in when you leave the kiddos behind and indulge in some self-care. Spa Le La has you covered since they offer childcare on site.

This is a full-service spa—so no, it’s not a daycare center that happens to give mani-pedis in the back. And childcare is free (yes free!) while parents enjoy their spa day. Trained, certified nannies watch your littles and entertain them with, according to the spa’s website, “Innovative Creative Play.” Childcare is free for the first child, but does cost $6 per additional kiddo.

Along with their signature services (such as facials, microdermabrasion, peels, massages, hair removal and manicures/pedicures) guests can also take advantage of special pre and post-natal services.

Not only will the spa’s staff watch your child during your service, but you can also sign your tot up for a class. The spa’s Baby Beethoven, Yoga and Picasso classes are $6 per child per class. But if you’re getting a spa service during the class time, it’s free (for one child).

And here’s what’s possibly the best part—the spa has a nap room for parents. Yep. You pay $40 and get 25 whole minutes of time to snooze.

The spa offers fee-based services as well as monthly and yearly memberships. For more info, a kids’ class schedule or a full service menu, visit the spa’s website here. Now, the bigger question is…when will this spa come to every neighborhood already?
