The food scene in Los Angeles right now is so good it’s scary. So there’s no shortage of places to get your grub on Halloween style this year, and it’s not all sweets. Take your ghouls and ghosts out for vegan hot dogs from Frankenstand and top it off with candy corn flavored ice cream at Salt and Straw.
