Here’s How to Get One from Krispy Kreme During a recent appearance on Carpool Karaoke, Michael Bublé opened up about his son’s cancer battle to The Late Late Show host James Corden. Fortunately, Bublé’s five-year-old son Noah is doing well now. But the singer still has plenty of feels to share about the obviously emotional ordeal. After plenty of joking around, laughs and (of course) singing, Bublé and Corden’s conversation took a turn for the serious. When Corden asked the singer about Noah, Bublé’ responded, “It’s so hard to have to acknowledge it, because it’s so painful to talk about. But obviously we got the diagnosis and that was it man, my whole life ended.” Bublé went on to talk about Noah and his cancer diagnosis at age three. He admitted, “It’s weird man, I’m not okay.” He also told Corden that he was the strong one following the diagnosis. But that sense of strength didn’t last forever. When Bublé and his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, found out that Noah was going to pull through, he broke down, “When they got it out and the chemo was done, and they said, ‘We did it, it’s good, he’s okay,’ I fell, I just fell.” In a role reversal, Bublé’s wife was the one to pick him up following their son’s treatment. “I always say to him SpiderMan’s amazing and SuperMan’s amazing, but they’re fake. They’re not real. You’re a superhero. You’re my hero. My real superhero.” Aww.
