Here’s How to Get One from Krispy Kreme photo: Niagra Speedway Go-kart racing has been around for years, it might have even been a favorite when you were a kid, but it was never anything as awesome as the brand new track that will be debuting in Niagra Falls this coming spring. photo: Niagra Speedway The Niagra Speedway will be taking go-kart racing to new heights —literally, with its revolutionary design that includes an elevated rollercoaster-style track. One section of the course takes you up a spiral ramp, “to about 40 feet, and then come down a long hill … kind of like the way a wooden coaster would be,” Harry Oakes, President of HOCO Limited, who operates the attraction, said in a press release. photo: Niagra Speedway The track sounds and looks like something out of Mario Kart. You’ll half expect to see a golden coin floating in the air when you turn the corner. The course is almost completed and set to open to the public by early 2018. It joins several other attractions at Clifton Hill’s World Famous Street of Fun by the Falls, including a ferris wheel, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and a midway with games and food.
