Le Carrousel at Bryant Park

Ooh La La! This carousel was created as an homage to the first carousels of France. With 14 animals that are replicas of classic carousel creatures and the French cabaret music that plays as you spin around, you will feel transported to 19th-century France. If you visit in the summer, be sure to catch a puppet show from 1-2 pm on Saturdays, and keep an eye out for roaming magicians who perform tricks on Sundays.

Give it a Birthday Whirl:
Le Carrousel offers three birthday party packages to choose from. The Fete Picnic is a basic package for up to 12 children at $35/child. It includes unlimited rides for one hour and use of the adjacent party space. The Fete Pastorale is $55/child and includes unlimited rides, pizza, beverages and paper goods. The Fete Galante is $85/child and includes all the above as well as entertainment by Bryant Park's own Le Carrousel character, Flaubert Frog. Kids hear stories and play games with the fancy amphibian.
