Allison Schlanger & Alison Berna, co-founders of <a target="_blank" href="; target="_blank">apple seeds <a target="_blank" href="; target="_blank">play space
"We each have a set of 9 year old twins and very active 4 year old boys (that’s 6 kids between us!). So when we get to spend a free day in the city for Mother's Day, we love to get them outdoors and take them to Central Park. We like to explore the nooks and crannies of Belvedere Castle, enjoy the <a target="_blank" href="; target="_blank">Swedish Puppet Theatre (a hidden gem for kids), and of course ride the <a target="_blank" href="; target="_blank">carousel. We also love walking through The North Woods, near 103rd St. and Central Park West. It's a slice of country in NYC - secluded and gorgeous with waterfalls and stone arches. The Central Park Conservancy even has a <a target="_blank" href="; target="_blank">bird identification chart for kids to check off what they find. Spin yourself around and you will feel as if you landed upstate."fuck
