These power moms are proving that the tech industry is no longer a man’s world. Check out their stories and accomplishments below and get ready to feel empowered!

Allison Robinson, Founder and CEO of The Mom Project

Proud mom of son Asher (1), this power tech mom decided to make the professional world a better place by connecting world-class companies with highly skilled and accomplished moms seeking employment. Allison started The Mom Project because she saw that too many talented women were leaving the workforce because of the struggle to find the right balance between their career goals and their desire to build a family. The Mom Project provides a digital platform that facilitates matches between employers seeking qualified, diverse talent and women looking for flexible work.

With a work history that includes working for corporate giants like Pampers and Procter and Gamble it might come to as a surprise to some that Allison says connecting women with work that allows them to flourish personally and professionally is the highlight of her career, but Allison knows that a fulfilled mom makes for a happy family. When asked to share a tip or trick for keeping up with work/life balance, her response won’t come a surprise to most moms: Coffee! Lots of coffee.

Do you know a mom who is killing it in the tech world? We’d love to know all about her. Share her story with us in the comment section below.
