Summer may technically be coming to end, but don’t fret. No one knows better than our plugged-in team of writers how many cool things there are to get out and do during the fall months. My family and I love the Fall season. Every year, we scope out an apple orchard to visit. At last year's pick in Sebastopol, we were able to pick apples and picnic on the beautiful orchard grounds. Another Fall must do for us is hitting our two favorite pumpkin patches in Half Moon Bay which are Pastorino's and Lemos Farm. Pastorino's has more of a traditional feel, while the kids can go nuts on the bouncy houses, haunted house and hay ride at Lemos.
