Summer may technically be coming to end, but don’t fret. No one knows better than our plugged-in team of writers how many cool things there are to get out and do during the fall months. We asked them to give us a sneak peak of what’s on their autumn must-do lists. Click through the slideshow to meet them and to hear their picks, and then start planning your own fall adventures!

Autumn in San Francisco has always been a special time for my family. September means back-to-school and Saturday morning soccer games. October is all about finding—and if we're feeling extra creative—making our son's Halloween costume and trick-or-treating in Potrero Hill. And to truly get into the holiday spirit, I love our family tradition of staying at The Westin St. Francis for the Union Square Tree Lighting. 'Tis the season to don our cozy knits and sweaters and most importantly, enjoy family and loved ones. Cheers!
