Delicious Doorstep Delivery
Wish you could find a personal chef for the family on a shoestring budget?  We’ve found one answer in Debbie Does Dinner.  Chef-owner Debbie Epstein merges her passion for homemade food, culinary travels around the world, and extensive catering experience into her at-home meal delivery service for busy families throughout San Francisco.
Here’s how it works: Every Thursday, Debbie emails a menu with tons of delicious options that change weekly.  You order whatever you like from the à la carte menu by Sunday 9 P.M. via phone or email, then your selections are delivered fresh to your home on Wednesday in cooler bags with ice packs.
Debbie’s food is nutritious, seasonal, made from scratch, and influenced by all corners of the globe.  She only uses antiobiotic- and hormone-free meat and chicken, wild or sustainable seafood and sources produce from local farms and the SF Produce Market.  The menu has options for even the pickiest of eaters, with several choices of entrees, sides, savory turnovers, soups, salads, and dessert.  Debbie pays attention to food allergies and special diets by labeling menu items that are vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free.
To give you an idea of the treats in store, this week’s menu includes miso-marinated salmon with cucumber daikon relish, “Shepherd’s Pie” (made with mashed cauliflower, ground chicken and veggies), black bean & chorizo soup, and farro, roasted beet & feta salad to name a few items.  The portions are generous and great for sharing family style.
There is a minimum order of $45 plus delivery fee that varies by location, or you can pick up your food to avoid a delivery fee and only a $25 minimum order.  DDD delivers all over San Francisco and to select locations outside of the city. New customers receive $10 off the first order, so why not give Debbie a call this week?  You can also order DDD meals through Planet Organics.
