Must See TV: Raw. Vegan. Not Gross.

The hilarious and unbelievably photogenic Laura Miller is the host of the YouTube cooking series Raw. Vegan. Not Gross. All those dreams you had of taking the kids to the farmers market, or heck, better yet, straight to the farm, to learn all about were those colorful fruits and veggies come from? Well, if real life hasn’t quite allowed for that, let Laura do it. Her short (approx 10 minute) videos entertain while teaching you and your brood how to make—surprise! —raw, vegan and yummy meals and treats, and even take you on a virtual tour of local farms, like a pixie mandarin grove in Ojai. The new season just went up in January—be sure to check out her episode on how to make super simple and healthy coconut butter candies for Valentine’s Day.
