A hot bod comes from hard gym workouts, sweat and plenty of lunges. But the key to success in any fitness program is getting motivated and finding the time to do it. That’s why Aim To Be Fit Women’s Bootcamp is a godsend for Seattle-area mommies. Created by personal trainer Mark Haner, Aim To Be Fit is a 30-minute course of calisthenics-based, non-stop circuit training. Haner might tell you to do 10 pushups, 10 squats and 10 sit ups and then run to the end of the gym and back. You do this routine as many times as you can for 4 minutes and then move to the next circuit. In the entire 30 minute session, there’s no downtime, which is what makes the workout so efficient. Haner’s not a scream-at-the-top-of-his-lungs type of bootcamp leader. He believes in positive reinforcement and is constantly inspired by people who surpass their own fitness expectations. He’s so confident in his program that he offers a 2-week free trial. (He says most women get hooked.) After that, you can sign up for sessions one to three times a week (three sessions per week is $189, less than $20 per session!) and classes are currently offered in Shoreline, Edmonds and Everett.
