7 Seas Brewery & Taproom
Housed in the historic Heidelberg Brewery, just a few blocks south of the Washington State History Museum, 7 Seas is a bit like your living room, only better. Families can crash on their comfy leather couches or pull up a bench at their oversized community tables to enjoy one of their many craft brews. And the oversized warehouse design makes this an easy spot to keep an eye on your free-range kiddo as she wanders near your stopping spot. Order oysters, salads or sandwiches at the 3uilt (pronounced “built”) café, or bring your own snacks and meals from home to nosh on while you sample their brewed-on-site selections. There’s shuffleboard in the back, near the impressive silver brewing vats, but you’ll be just as entertained watching the Seahawks pull off a win on the 7 Seas big screen on game days.
Perfect pour: The clean and easy 253 Pilsner is the can’t-miss beer here, especially on a sunny day.
