Splendid Store Opening at Bellevue Square

Where excited to keep you in the loop for a fun event for all of you DIY, crafty types – who just so happen to love fabulous fashion while you’re at it!

LA-based lifestyle brand Splendid announced a new store opening at Bellevue Square Mall on October 14, 2011, it’s first location in the Pacific Northwest. To celebrate the family-friendly brand’s introduction to Bellevue Square, Splendid collaborates with Crafting Community to host a grand opening celebration on October 22 providing an oasis of crafting, creativity, and imagination for kids, parents and people of all ages. Now, that sounds like our kind of party!

This craft-tacular event is all about using Splendid fabrics and beads to create one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets and key fobs by braiding, twisting and knotting. Attendees can recreate Splendid’s Crafting Community experience by purchasing “Fun With Fabrics” to-go kits that include all the ingredients necessary to construct DIY accessories at home.
