Where to Find: Trophy Cupcakes and Party, one of Seattle’s favorite cupcake cafes, has expanded their offerings and added macarons to their menu. Lady Yum in Kirkland is also a popular spot to indulge in this latest French desert trend. Try a dozen (or two!) of their signature flavors including chocolate mint, strawberry, toasted coconut, lemon, raspberry chardonnay and honey lavender. Have a craving for a custom flavor? With a few days’ notice, you can order a batch of 60 macarons in your favorite color or flavor combination. Le Panier, in Pike Place Market, is also a traditional French bakery that features regular favorites as well as seasonal specialties.
