If you and your kiddos lined the streets of Seattle with 750,000 of your closest friends for the Seahawks Super Bowl victory parade in February, then you’ve already crossed off the first item on our under 10 bucket list. Play Pirate

The Pirate’s Landing on Alki during Seafair makes our list, because pirates! These hardy mateys take to the seas before coming ashore, cannons blasting, every summer, donning full pirate gear with matching attitudes. Families wait beach side, among vendors and artists hawking their best pirate wares. So come dressed for the occasion or pick out the latest in eye patch fashion while you’re there. Prepare to be boarded July 28, 2014. Arrrgh!
