How Our Editor Spent Her Summer in San Diego

Ever wonder how we find all the fun events and places to visit in San Diego? San Diego Editor Leah Singer and her 5-year-old daughter spend a lot of time personally experiencing everything that SoCal has to offer. Leah spent her summer visiting the zoo, shopping at farmer’s markets, and finding the hidden water play areas throughout the city. Flip through the photo album to see what Leah and her little girl were up to this summer.

We Visited the San Diego Zoo

Giraffes, tigers, bears and elephants were just some of the animals we saw at the San Diego Zoo. Whether you’re a local or visiting the area, this world-famous Zoo is a must for your summer “to do” list. There’s so much to see and lots of walking to be done. But don’t worry – the Zoo has a great stroller check-out for your little ones. Mine wanted a stroller ride, but she’s a bit too old for that!
