How the San Diego Writers Spent Their Summer Vacation

Ever wonder what the Red Tricycle team does when we’re not out exploring all the fun events and places to visit in San Diego? The writers kept very busy this summer season with some amazing adventures. From awesome vacations to swimming at the beach, to Comic-Con and the County Fair, our writers had a blast! From a girls tea at the Tea House on Los Rios followed by an excursion to the petting zoo in San Juan Capistrano to ice cream afternoons, it feels like my kiddo and I did it all this summer. But the highlight was our family glamping trip to El Capitan Canyon in Goleta. We played in the sand, hiked to a llama farm and chowed down on barbeque. Sleeping in beds on a camping trip wasn't bad, either! We topped it all off with a surrey ride in Santa Barbara. We can't wait to do it all again next summer!
