What positions is the big red bullseye retailer looking to hire? There are a variety of options, both in stores and in distribution and fulfillment centers. Seasonal store team members will help to fill digital orders and more than 7,500 fulfillment center workers will process freight to stores. Fulfillment center employees will also fill Target.com orders.
The Perks of Working at Target
Target is increasing their seasonal starting wage, beginning Sep. 16. Hourly employees will make a minimum of $12 per hour. Along with hourly pay, employees also get a 10 percent discount in stores and at Target.com, an additional 20 percent discount on fruits, veggies, Simply Balanced and C9 Champion merchandise, extra holiday pay on Thanksgiving and Christmas and a flexible schedule. Not too shabby.

Oh, and there’s one more awesome perk: one randomly selected employee at each store and each distribution center will receive a $500 Target gift card. The employee will also get to choose a community organization for Target to which donate a matching $500.
How & When to Apply
Target will hold nationwide seasonal hiring events in stores from Oct. 12 through Oct. 14 daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you can’t make it to an in-store event, you can also apply online at TargetSeasonalJobs.com. Good luck!
