These Viral Family Photos Are a Masterpiece in Epic Fails

Family photos can be tricky especially when young kids and pets are involved, but a little Photoshop can go a long way to making it work. Unfortunately in the case of one unlucky family, the retouching got a little heavy-handed and the results are, well…hilarious.

Parents Pam and Dave Zaring recently took to Facebook to share the family photos they recently had taken by a professional photographer, but as you can clearly see from the pictures, something is a little off. “OK. This is NOT a joke. We paid a photographer, who claimed to be a professional, $250 for a family photo shoot. Please see these FOR REAL photos she delivered to us,” the couple explained in the post that shows the family with some scary retouching that makes their faces appear almost cartoon-like.

According to the post the photographer claimed, “the shadows were really bad on the beautiful, clear, sunny day and that her professor never taught her to retouch photos.” Luckily, the Zarings were able to enjoy a good laugh over the whole thing. And the laughter has quickly spread across the internet. The post has gone viral with comments rolling steadily in that the photos have reached Facebook users all over the world.
