Family vacations are beneficial in so many ways, but finding time and money to take trips can be challenging for a lot of families. However, one company is making it much easier to take time off by paying its employees to go on vacation.

Tech companies are known for their plush employee perks, but web development company Basecamp is clearly top notch when it comes to caring for its employees’ well-being. In addition to the standard health insurance and retirement packages, Basecamp’s employee benefits also include monthly stipends for at-home massages, fresh groceries and 16 weeks paid parental leave. The best perk, however, is the $5,000 stipend for vacations. During the summer months the company also shortens the work week to four days.

These awesome perks have left Basecamp with some very satisfied employees, with over 60% of the staff maintaining the jobs for four years or more. The company’s CEO, Jason Fried, believes standard-of-living is a top priority. “I’d love to continue to give more and more things to make people happier and more comfortable,” Fried told Business InsiderHe wants his employees to “Go enjoy the weather, go enjoy the weekend, go on vacation. It’s really about distancing yourself from this trend of being always on, always working.”
