This New Hello Kitty Ice Cream Is What Summer Is Made Of

What’s better than a deliciously sweet scoop of ice cream? One that’s Hello Kitty-inspired of course. Dessert fans that also happen to love a particular red bow-sporting cat will be dying for a taste of this limited-time ice cream.

Southern California ice cream company, Afters Ice Cream, is teaming up with the world’s favorite kitty to create two new flavors that are as cute as they are delicious. The small chain’s ice cream shops will feature two Hello Kitty-themed flavors: Yummy Strawberry Cake, which is a blend of fresh strawberries, house made strawberry swirl, shortcake, and vanilla; and Mama’s Apple Pie, which is made with apple sauce, apple pie filling, cinnamon, and vanilla. Both flavors are available in a waffle cone, Hello Kitty emblazoned cup, or on their signature Milky Bun, for a unique ice cream sandwich.

The ice cream collaboration is available now until August 13 at all of the Afters locations. There will also be plenty of limited edition Hello Kitty gear, like t-shirts, hats, and stickers available for purchase. Their location in Irvine, California will also be decked out in Hello Kitty-themed decor for the summer.
