It looks like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry aren’t the only notable names who had a son in 2019. Actress Amy Schumer gave birth on May 5 at 10:55 p.m. And like Markle, she also had a baby boy!
Schumer recently announced the sex of her baby on Instagram. As it turns out, the birth of her little boy wasn’t far behind this big reveal.
The comedian posed on the steps of the Met Sunday night, looking not-so-gala ready. But that’s okay—because she was hours away from having her first baby! Schumer captioned the recently-posted Instagram pic, “Met look this year. Last night on the way to the hospital.”
While her labor might not have gotten Markle-esque attention, Schumer now has a little prince of her very own. And yet again, Markle and Schumer are neck and neck when it comes to their baby news.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex regally announced the name of their first son, Archie Harrison, in a stunning black and white family photo. Schumer also posted a sweet IG baby pic (of her hubby and newborn), captioning it, “Gene Attell Fisher and his dad Chris.”
