Essential Services for New Parents (Shhh … They’re Local Secrets)

When baby makes three (or four or five), Mom and Dad have a lot to manage. It’s okay to ask for help and support, and have a little fun every now and then. We found essential services to make life with a little one easier. Flip through our album to see which people and places every new parent in Chicago should know about (and bookmark … and have on speed dial!).

For Workouts With Childcare: The Dailey Method

Getting back to the gym after baby can often seem impossible, but The Dailey Method makes it easy — even as early as when you're on maternity leave. Moms can leave baby starting at eight weeks old at this studio's special infant care program. The city-based studios are owned by mom of three herself, Tami Conway, who has allotted certain slots specifically for infants under a year. This ensures baby (and other tots in the room) get the care and attention they need.

The Dailey Method has multiple locations in and around Chicago. Go online to thedaileymethod.com for specific locations, rates and times.
