Woot! – Avondale

A colorful, larger than life owl is perched on Belmont Avenue, near the Kennedy Expressway: Artist Tony Sparrow painted Whoot with a little help from younger painters and dedicated him to the people of Avondale. You can watch Whoot come alive in this fun, time lapse video
