Namaste, Little One: Yoga Studios For Kids, Babies & You

Your kiddo is so flexible he or she could be Gumby’s younger sibling. Why not try yoga? Depending on your child’s age, there are lots of ways to ease into the activity. Join your baby at a mommy-and-me class or sign up older tots for on-their-own yoga fun. Flip through our photo album to discover some om-azing studios around town.

The Yoga Shop

Little yoginis lasso their parents to join them at family yoga here. With family classes (ages 3 and up), the emphasis is on yoga games, imagination and relaxation. When your kids hit the ripe age of 6 they can ditch the parents and take a fun interactive class on their own.
