Namaste, Little One: Yoga Studios For Kids, Babies & You

Your kiddo is so flexible he or she could be Gumby’s younger sibling. Why not try yoga? Depending on your child’s age, there are lots of ways to ease into the activity. Join your baby at a mommy-and-me class or sign up older tots for on-their-own yoga fun. Flip through our photo album to discover some om-azing studios around town.

Ganesha Yoga

A variety of yoga classes are available, from birth to toddlerhood, at this cute little Lakeview spot. The electric blue-and-lime green walls will have your cuties staring in awe as they enter the room. Baby and Me classes encourage you feel closer to your little one, family yoga balances family fun and relaxation, and kids yoga (for ages 3-5) allows little adventurers to try out a class while mama gets a more rigorous yoga workout just down the hall.

3113 N. Lincoln Ave., Lakeview (773-904-7870 or ganeshayogachicago.com).
